Overview
This cruel-to-be-kind show gives participants the unflinching truth about the way they look – much older than their real age. A team of experts sets out to make them look and feel more youthful, with an action plan which could include anything from chemical peels and nose surgery, to new teeth, new clothes and new hair. Then it's back on to the street again, to find out if the tricks of the trade really can make them look 10 Years Younger.

Everyone wants to look younger, but is it possible to look 10 years younger in just 10 days? Presenter and stylist Nicky Hambleton-Jones uses every trick in the book to make someone look dramatically younger. With the help of a different team of experts each episode, Nicky has just 10 days to tackle everything the ageing process has to offer, from crow's feet, dark circles under the eyes and a lacklustre grey looking complexion to bad teeth, lifeless hair and often a less than flattering wardrobe.

The second series of the show that tells you things even your best friend wouldn't. Stylist Nicky Hambleton-Jones has the answers on how to turn back the clock. Nervous volunteers brave the unforgiving public age survey before undergoing a radical make-over.

Myleene Klass presents the mother of all makeover shows. In each episode, two intrepid volunteers undergo drastic transformations. One goes under the knife using every cosmetic enhancement trick in the book, while the other takes the surgery-free route - using only great hair, make-up and fashion techniques.
